outdated streaming capabilities difficult interface
the breakfast was acceptable, including fresh pastries and a selection of teas.
I encountered an issue with the in-room entertainment system (i found it outdated). It lacked modern streaming capabilities. the limited selection of channels and difficulty navigating the interface detracted from my overall experience. i expect a more updated system for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk to Big Ben. I found the staff helpful. They greeted me warmly and ensured my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the Art Afternoon Tea. Each dish was a masterpiece, reflecting creativity and flavor.
I was disappointed to find an unexpected markup on show tickets I booked through the concierge. they requested €25 service charge per night for each room. This was never mentioned at check-in.

professional staff beautiful venue plentiful food dedication to service
I appreciated the professional yet approachable demeanor of the staff. The plentiful room service menu offered great options. The venue is undeniably beautiful and located in a wonderful area. I commend the management for their dedication to a nice stay.
The hallways sometimes felt a bit too cold because of the air conditioning.

i found the coffee machine in my room did not function properly. i had to call for assistance, delaying my morning routine. i expected all amenities to be in perfect working order, especially given the cost of the stay.

The location is convenient, close to the tube station with easy access to different parts of the city. The entrance and driveway presented a beautiful view.
The room size was surprisingly small, despite a room upgrade. I also noticed stains on the headboard. It was not ideal.
